New House Ad Series Released

A new series of house ads created by Mississippi Press Services utilizing information from the 2007 Newspaper Readership Study have been released and are available for download by MPA members.

Additionally, MPS will make customized versions of the ads available to member newspapers who make the request (example above). Contact MPS Director of Marketing Layne Bruce (lbruce@mspress.org) for more information or to place an order.

Ads in the first series available for download:

  • Nose – The introductory ad to the series, it details Mississippians’ devotion to their local newspapers.
  • 80 Percent – We are a true mass medium, widely read and respected.
  • Baseball – No other medium pays such close attention to community events.
  • Political – Over 80 percent of newspaper readers voted in recent elections.
  • Shopping – Expounds on the habits of readers who are in search of local shopping information from their newspapers.

All ads are available in B/W or CMYK, PAS and SAU quarter-page sizes.

Visit this page regularly for new releases and variable sizes for use in your newspaper.
