The job responsibilities include leading a staff of 2-3 salespeople; overseeing the sales and marketing of an award-winning weekly newspaper and associated shopper; enhancing magazine and other niche publication projects; and overseeing the marketing of the best newspaper website in the state. Sales training ability, budgeting skills, and goal setting experience are required. Customer service and a strong work ethic must be top priority.
