The Sun Herald will honor the 2006 Outstanding Community Leaders and 2006 Top 10 Business Leaders Under 40 in a spring ceremony. Recipients will receive a plaque and be initiated into the Roland Weeks Community Leaders Hall of Fame, named for the former Sun Herald publisher and community leader.
