Eva Ann Dorris, a popular columnist syndicated in a handful of Mississippi papers, died unexpectedly at her home in Tupelo Friday. Her column, “Sweet Tea and Sour Notes” was appearing in the Greenwood Commonwealth and Calhoun County Journal, among others. She was 45.
