Battoning down the hatches

The Sun Herald marked the occasion by reporting on houses restored by out-of-state volunteers. East Biloxians held a welcome-home party Wednesday evening to celebrate the volunteer work of Habitat for Humanity of Northern Virginia and partner organizations that helped with the rebuilding effort.
