During the last 2005 hurricane season MPA/MPS learned it needed additional information to best be able to serve you.
In addition, newspapers in parts of Mississippi not hard hit by hurricane expressed their willingness to help and partner with Mississippi newspapers in need. Certainly, hurricanes are not the only type of disaster than can occur but our most recent experience has taught us that we need to be more prepared.
